We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📦 Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Need a different size?

Buyer pays for the return shipping.

We cover the cost to send the new item back out to you.
Prefer to swap for a different item? The fastest method is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must meet the same return criteria above.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
